Hi, I’m Arezoo, the owner and creator of A Wish Crafted. My calligraphy journey began unexpectedly—while trying to sign my long, full name quickly in connected strokes, I accidentally mistook cursive for calligraphy… and got completely hooked on the art of lettering (an art form I didn’t even know existed until 2019!). What started as a simple hobby quickly turned into a passion and opened the door to endless creativity. Along the way, I explored a gazillion arts and crafts—making handmade watercolors, paper, and journals, and experimenting with chalk art, engraving, foiling, fabric art, and more. Although I studied civil engineering, teaching has been my longest-running profession. I’ve taught a variety of subjects in many settings, and now I focus on teaching calligraphy. Join me in one of my classes, and I’ll guide you through calligraphy tools, techniques, and supplies—step by step and with plenty of encouragement. I can’t wait to practice with you!
