Love Letters & Modern Calligraphy at Colada Shop

Join Sip & Script^® for a Night of Learning Calligraphy!

Join us at Colada Shop in Potomac, Maryland for an evening of pretty lettering and galentines + valentines cheer!

Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, this workshop will provide an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to your Valentine’s Day gifts, snail mail envelopes, and love letters.

Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper, and straight pen holder), and all the instructor guidance you need. Your ticket also includes your choice of 1 complimentary drink: mojito, seasonal rum cider, wine, or beer. All calligraphy materials are yours to keep at the end of the evening.
