Hey there!  I'm Kristin, owner and artist at Lovely Arrows Designs!  I'm based out of Columbus, OH, but I'm a southern transplant from the mountains of western NC.  I'm an Ohio State fan, though, so I've learned how to fit in and live in Buckeye country!   I started my calligraphy business in 2016 because I wanted something I could call my own, but I had no clue what I wanted to do with it.  I really found my niche around 2018 when, as a wedding coordinator, I realized there would always be a market for beautifully crafted wedding signs, and so my business grew from there.  I love working with different font styles, and my passion is typography - lettering as art!  I love a challenge and try to explore other mediums as well, like window painting and wall murals!  I believe anyone can create beautiful handlettering, and I love teaching other people something that brings me so much enjoyment.  I'm an extrovert and love meeting new people and networking.  When I'm not writing or painting, you can find me leading worship at my church, drinking coffee, cleaning my house (because with a husband, a 9 year-old and a teenager, it's a never-ending job!), or binge watching something on Netflix.
