Hi there! I'm Averill,  a self-taught letterer, who discovered calligraphy as a way to escape the Zoom space, and was totally hooked!  I now find great delight in creating personalized greeting cards and wedding paraphernalia, as well as spreading the joy that is hand lettering! When not geeking out about fonts and typography, I teach music and theater, and love to perform myself. I believe that creating art is a marvelous way to connect, develop, and exist fully and presently in the  physical world. Can't wait to see you in class!
