Join Sip & Script^® for a Night of Learning Calligraphy!

Join us at Bark Social in Baltimore, Maryland for a festive workshop of thankful fun and pretty lettering for beginners! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to all your Thanksgiving holiday tables with place cards, menus, food labels, bar carts and more!

Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop! Additionally, we will be creating holiday place cards as a fun activity at the end of our class time!

A note from Bark Social: All humans are welcome, whether you have a dog or are just a dog enthusiast! Dogs need to be registered to enter into the park if they are new to Bark Social. Guests under 21 may visit any time before 8 pm and must be accompanied by an adult over 21.

Dogs must be registered with current vaccine records and have a Bark Social Club membership or a monthly or day pass to enter (See Bark Social park rules). For our event, Bark Social will cover the cost of a day pass for class attendees if you want to bring your dog to class!

Feel free to come early, grab your seat, and purchase any food or drinks. Class guests will receive a discount of $2 off drinks + food (per item)! Class will start promptly at 6:30 pm. 

A note on bringing guests 16 and under: We love to share this passion with kids. You are welcome to get a ticket for your child as long as you are comfortable with people around them having a drink or two. We do ask that anyone under the age of 16 is to be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.
