PAYMENT TERMS: All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of scheduling the event to hold the event date. Full payment due the day before the event. The final count will be tallied on the day of the event and an updated invoice will be sent for payment in full due 24 hours after the event. General refunds will not be provided to private parties. If a host pays for an attendee no longer able to attend, the host can either choose to have someone else attend in that student’s place or keep the calligraphy kit to give to that student the next time they see them.

INCLUDED
Class includes 2 hours of instruction and demonstration, plus 30 minutes setup/breakdown of decor and table covers before and after class.

All in-person events include a Beginner’s Calligraphy Kit for each guest that has everything needed to learn calligraphy and to follow along in class. The kit includes a straight dip pen, two different nibs, black ink, lettering guides, word guides, tracing paper, and additional themed writing supplies. Everyone gets to keep everything at the end of class!
