10 participants x $70 per person = $700 non-refundable deposit

(Note: official # of participants will be determined in April 2026 and will be reflected in the final payment due a week before the event) 

PLEASE NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of scheduling the event to hold the date.  General refunds will not be provided to private parties. If a host pays for an attendee no longer able to attend, they can either choose to have someone else attend in that student’s place or keep the kit to give to that student the next time they see them.
