Join Sip & ScriptⓇ for a floral Spring-Themed Modern Calligraphy class!Join us at the newly opened Yeye Jiang Bubble Tea in Pompano Beach, Florida for pretty script writing and yummy treats! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or a crafty individual, you’ll be introduced to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink in this workshop. We will cover all the basics while you make new friends and prepare you to add those unique lettered details to your hand-written letters, wedding paper goods, home decor, and more!
Class includes 90 minutes of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (an oblique pen holder, two different nibs, black ink, worksheets, letter guides, tracing paper, plus bonus specialty paper), and all materials to practice writing on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop!

Feel free to come 15 minutes early, grab your seat, and purchase any food or drinks which are also available to purchase throughout the class, too! Class will start promptly at1:00 PM!
Directions: The free parking lot is located behind the Aviara East Pompano apartment buildings. You may enter from either West McNab Road or South Dixie Highway.
Class Expectations: Yes, lefties are welcome too! This class is perfect for someone who has never taken a calligraphy class before. We teach the basics, and our expectation for you is to have ink flowing through your nib with enough confidence to be able to practice way beyond class. We love using tracing paper with our guides to help you build muscle memory and develop your own style of letterforms! If you have tried calligraphy out before, this class will be a great refresher and hopefully a chance to try some new supplies from our beginner kit that will re-introduce you to this lovely form of art!
A note on bringing guests 17 and under: We love to share this passion with kids. We ask that a ticketed adult accompany anyone under the age of 16 at all times.
