Join Sip & Script® for a Night of Learning Calligraphy!
Join us at Sam Adams Boston Taproom in Boston, MA for an evening of drinks, great food and pretty lettering! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to holiday cards, envelopes and more! The perfect crafty night out!
Time to focus on getting your 2021 Holiday Cards out! Bring free to bring some envelopes and addresses to class and we will make sure they look beautiful for your family and friends when they arrive in their mailboxes! (A7 size– fits a 5×7 holiday card– envelopes from Paper Source or Cards and Pockets are our favorite envelopes to write on)
***You are more than welcome to join us at 6pm to find your seat, order some drinks and apps and get ready for class.
Instruction will start at 6:30pm prompt!***
Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the class!
