Brush Lettering for Beginners at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Join Sip and Script for a Night of Brush Lettering!

Join us at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea  in Columbia, SC  for a workshop of pretty brush lettering! If you’ve always admired beautiful stationery, handwritten signage used at weddings or in home decor, or just love all hand-lettered crafts, this workshop will leave you feeling confident implementing this art form into your events or everyday life!

Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s brush lettering kit (watercolor paper, tracing paper, our Brush Lettering Guides Bundle, a black Tombow Brush Marker, a round paintbrush, an inkpot pre-filled with gouache, and a pipette), and all materials to write on.  Everything is yours to keep at the end of the class!

Feel free to come early, grab your seat, and purchase any food or drinks (food and drinks available to purchase throughout class too!). Class will start promptly at 5:30pm!

All ages welcome! We love to share this passion with kids. You are welcome to get a ticket for your child. We ask that a ticketed adult accompany anyone under the age of 16 at all times.

Parking: Limited venue parking is available in front of the venue as well as metered parking spots along the near streets. There is also a parking lot directly across the street from the venue.
