Alexis Simien

Hi! I’m Alexis, but you can call me Lex. I am based in Missouri City, TX and I’m the face behind Lex Pens, a modern calligraphy business for all of your special events.

I started practicing calligraphy in 2018 out of pure fascination for beautiful letters. I quickly learned that it is so therapeutic and fun, and I haven’t looked back since. I’m super excited to share my love for calligraphy during every class!
When I’m not making a mess with ink and paint, I love to rewatch my favorite tv shows and snuggle with my dog, Layla! Come say hi to me in a class soon because I can’t wait to meet you and teach you! 🙂
