This class is for anyone who's never picked up a pen. We teach the basics, and our hope is you leave with ink flowing through your nib and the confidence to keep practicing. Tried it before? It's a great refresher with new supplies from our beginner kit.
Left-handed? You're very welcome. This class is designed with lefties in mind — we teach you to get ink flowing through your nib with confidence, whatever hand you use.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

Hi! I’m Lisa! A Fairport, NY based modern calligrapher. I’ve always had a love for stationary and cool pens ever since I was little. I picked up calligraphy rather recently and fell in love! I love adding a personal touch to handmade cards and and doing custom signs and wedding details. I am a stay at home mom to my two boys, a wife and dog mama to our huge golden retriever named Gary. When I’m not behind the pen you can find me on the golf course, playing paddle tennis, volunteering on the PTA board or reading a good book!
