This class is for anyone who's never picked up a pen. We teach the basics, and our hope is you leave with ink flowing through your nib and the confidence to keep practicing. Tried it before? It's a great refresher with new supplies from our beginner kit.

Left-handed? You're very welcome. This class is designed with lefties in mind — we teach you to get ink flowing through your nib with confidence, whatever hand you use.

All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

Hi! My name is Suzy Anderson and I am an Artist & Calligrapher based in the Gilbert, AZ area. I played Softball for 4 years in college and graduated with a bachelor's in Communications with an emphasis in Multi-Media. I’ve had a love for Drawing and Handwriting since I was a young kid. I took a Calligraphy class in 2013 and it has evolved so much over the years. I started doing Calligraphy for work in 2017. I enjoy creating Pet Portraits and custom Calligraphy orders for sentimental Gifts, Weddings, and Parties. When I’m not lettering or drawing you can catch me playing with my two kids & dog, my son Dax, daughter Jessie & fur baby mini-schnauzer Luna. I would love to see you at one of my upcoming Sip & Script events
