This class is for anyone who's never picked up a pen. We teach the basics, and our hope is you leave with ink flowing through your nib and the confidence to keep practicing. Tried it before? It's a great refresher with new supplies from our beginner kit.
Left-handed? You're very welcome. This class is designed with lefties in mind — we teach you to get ink flowing through your nib with confidence, whatever hand you use.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

The Space
Your Instructor
Suki is the face and name behind Signed By Suki. She has practiced calligraphy since 2015 but prior to that had been doodling on every notebook and take out box she could get her hands on. Suki officially began freelancing in 2019 and hasn't looked back since. While mainly specializing in chalkboard menus and wedding decor such as seating charts and welcome signs, she is always ready to letter on something new. Three things Suki cannot live without are: Thai food, a good nude matte lipstick, and her rescue dog, Udon.
