I was born and raised in a town south of Boston and I’ve always had a love for art and painting. My mom and aunt filled my childhood with arts and crafts and always gave us some surface to paint on. Growing up, my mom let me paint on anything and everything (including some pretty questionable murals on my bedroom walls). In the second grade, I was the first person in my class to get my “handwriting license,” which essentially meant I was the first person to master cursive (BIG deal for me). I spent most of my time in school consistently trying to perfect my handwriting in every notebook I filled.
I graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2017 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and I currently work at a sportswear company in the Seaport of Boston. In late 2018, I started Scripts For Veronica (named after my Nana, Veronica) as a way to continue my art and my interest in calligraphy. It took some trial and error and a lot of practice, but my small business has come a long way and I’ve met some incredible artists as I’ve grown. When I’m not working at my full-time job or on my side business, I’m spending most of my time with the love of my life – my rescue pup from Alabama, Ollie. I love to travel and am always planning my next trip to Europe or Disneyworld. I’m very passionate about red wine, good food, and new places.
